Open Format Contest

This year, with the success of Shenzhou-VI manned space mission, the completeness of Three Gorges Dam, the opening of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, and the beginning of the count-down for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China went through a tremendous change. Currently, Houston Chinese community are energetically preparing for the celebration of this pride day.

Warmly and sincerely welcome the people, who have studied, worked, visited, or traveled to China, to share a wonderful day you had in China with us.

The contest is opened to all ages, backgrounds, languages, and nationalities. Format can be but is not limited to essays, photos, videos, etc.

• Closing date: On September 21, 2006 evening 12: 00 A.M.
• Last Day of Submission:　September 21, 2006　12:00 A.M.
• Format:　Essays, Photos, Poems, Music Pieces, Video Clips, Drawings, etc. (The contest is opened to all ages, backgrounds, languages, and nationalities. Format can be varied and is not limited to the ones mentioned above.)
